there is days where I think I have it. Like I am very forgetful, just can't help. I sort of plan things and I know what I want to do, I get dead set on a task and I find it takes me days to get round to it because the focus isn't there.

When I do little things like I do do, like watch a fave program or game, the attention is gone and I think of something else to do instead that I think it more interesting.

I can't sit down long enough or anything without moving all the time. I get bored easily.

I sort of suck on spelling, there is loads things I can't spell so I alwayz get my mother to check or something before I sent something important. Once of the reasons I failed getting this secertery job >.<.

come to think of it, I think I do have it O.O, maybe the hyperactivity one because I do tend to get bored during quiet activites so I put music on to try and help fight it. I did as a child have trouble interacting with other children because I either got in a fight or become very very close so never voice my opinion or anything so tried to make a big screen instead. Oo

nah but a friend of mine last year had ADHD... when he came over for a sleepova, he din bring his pills so at 3:30am he was thowing darts at the wall in my lounge. the INTIRE wall was covered in holes and cracks and mum chucked such a phycho and we had to re-surface the whole wall >.<

i have a lot of exp teaching kids with adhd, those who really have it and those who just cant see to concentrate

just think of it as having a really low level in your concentration skill, all you need to do is level it up, bit harder to do on your own, but u gotta do things that require concentration. force yourself to keep at it, start small and build up :)

my dad thinks i got ADD, but i dont. I've sat through 2 hour tests with probably at the most, looking arround, tapping pencils chewing the pencil etc. I have really bad fidgeting, so if i watch TV, i will look arround alot and get bored easily. I just think im extremly lazy because i'd rather play games than go out etc.

Do i got A-D-D??
