lol religion is so out of control. I believe no religion is completely right. maybe one day when Jews, Catholics, Islams somehow combine their religion, then maybe that'll be the completely correct religion and maybe then i'll have something to believe in. oh and those sphagetti religions and crap are just clever ways people are making money.

There aint no proof, the bible is just some stories someone wrote, and last time i heard that God did exist they had found him on a toasted sandwich, but how? no one knows how "God" looks like.

Somehow I can't keep quiet and not to remind you of a statistic how religiousness seems to be relative to lack of intelligence. :D

just to reply to the "if god predicted all these things then this must be the right religion" well phsycics predict things all the time.. i remember reading something about someone who predicted the fall of the twin towers over 100 years b4 they were created :/ does that make him god? what if hes a religion other than your one? then what?

Well I've seen this topic go around a few times and it's always the same. People trying to convince their religion is the only correct one, and others trying to convert them with arguments based on science. Everyone has so much proof in their own eyes but things that don't matter at all to anyone else.

I believe. I actually know, from personal experience, that he does exist. I just have no way of proving it to you guys. I could tell you my story, but you'd either not believe it or just don't care (or both).

My personal theory atm (it changes alot) is:

God is the sum of then entire energy in the universe.

E = M * C^2

If God is infinate, then the mass of the universe is infinate, as C is a constant (or doesnt actualy matter)

This means everything was created by *God* and everything is a part of God, and without it nothing would exist.

And since time is relative, it may of taken 7 days to create everything on earth, but since its realitive it seemed to take millions of years for us to evolve.

if i belived in god i was consider you a god =D

i dont believe in god.

I think god is in peoples heads and some people just need to believe in something.
For me the makeing of the world by the bible is too easy .I need something more compli cated . It just can be like theres nothing and after 7 days theres trees, humans and animals.I dont think people who believe in god are mad or something but dont take god too seriously.

Agnostic here

I feel that this issue is free and opened. I was taught what to believe in since I was young. I shunned that and ended up picking up a bible again. I personally beieve in God and Jesus. I agree with bottom-kicker you must die to find out what the truth is. Nothing wrong in trying to play it safe and preventing eternal torment forever. I personally think that you are allowed to choose what you want to believe in, and if others try to bring you down, then you have licence to kick their ass. Simple as that.
