i dont want glasses, i was given glasses when i was about 7/8 years old and again at 15 years old but each time i refuse to wear them because i hate them. I should really wear them for like computer and reading activity because close objects and work can give me headaches but i dont like them so i dont wear.
I am legally blind without glasses! Oh yeah!

See, now because of this thread. I started to wear my glasses....my ears feel weird :s
ehhehe it takes a while to get used to something on ur head all day but it'll do good for ur vision =P
Alternatively u can go for disposable/permanent contacts

I wouldn't use contacts. Don't like the idea of placing something onto my eye.
There's always Laser Eye surgery but I just don't trust it tbh. I'll wait a few more yrs before I even consider it.
hehe..u don't sleep in them, u take em out before u sleep and put them out first thing the next day.
i just wear contacts when i go out and at home i wear my glasses. =P

It can. Contact lenses limit the amount of air that comes into conact with yer eye and so limits how much the cells on the surface of your eye can breath. Can remember what damage it does tho.
Plus bacteria can build up between the lens and your eye. This can lead to an eye infection that can lead to blindness.

It can. Once, I had a cold, so I forgot to take the contacts out before I slept, then the next day my eye was SUPER BLOODY RED, I had an infection and couldn't wear contacts for a few weeks, or it would go super red again (I tried it, that's why I know it would go super red again, naughty boy I am ;)).
After that though, I switched from those contacts where you wear for 1 year to ones you wear for 2 months, now it feels much better :), but my right eye (the infected eye, before) gets sore much easier than my left eye.
