My father told me the basics of driving a car, and my conclusion is that i dont like driving a car...
I was driving on a "empty" road, i was driving so bad that i almost overun a cow, twice.
I think driving cars on games is much better than in real life
In NC you can take ur driving test at 14 1/2 and get ur licence at 15.
I live in Texas. Sucks for you. Anyways I started driving before I even got my permit, never got caught. :)
ya if u want to drvie a trackter u can get a speical permit at age like 13 in alberta,Canada

The US has some weird laws.... drving at that age is damn dangerous imo. Saying that.... the laws on what condition your cars gota be in is allot different as well..... E.G. You can have rear lights out n all sorts wrong with your car n its still legall.
Do you have laws like... the middle 1/3rd of your wheels must be 3.6mm deep (i cant remember what it is now.... been a long time since i did my theory test)... If there not that deep on the tred then you can get fined n stuff.....
Man u guys are so lucky, here in Portugal u can only take ur Drivers Licence at 18 it sux :chair:

Also... as far as i know most of the ppl in the US drive automatics.... so theres not as much to learn or get used to when doing your test (dont flame me for that.... its just that most people in the UK drive manuals... automatics are actually pretty rare over here).

well... if u have a taillight out u get a fine
and ur tire tread must be thicker then 1/16 of an inch
and about the age, well... most 16 year olds shouldn't be driving IMO but there are a few expections for the ones who actually know how to drive
