Econ project

So for my economic project I was allowed to use no more than 5$'s and I wasn';t allowed to eat anything out of my fridge or cabinet, nor was I allowed to beg or get "free" food. I could only eat what I bought and I could only use water from the tap.

For the next two days I will be living on nothing but top ramen and soda :P, any suggestions on what else I should get that's cheap? I got 2$'s left.

P.s. I bought 8 top ramen for 1$ and a full 2 liter soda for 89cents...oh and a pack of gum for 1$ (rofl the pack of gum was so much compared to those two prices)...Anyways, yea any ideas what I should do with the rest? Oh right one mroe small detail. I'm allowed to combine money with my classmates (say if I had 5$'s I could combine with them to have 10$'s to buy something more expensive)

Do you have to keep a journal of what you're eating? How would they know what you ate besides telling them? Tap water isn't that bad, of course if you live in the city (or a bewildered state where mentally retarded scientists declare that you'll be out of water in 80 days). mmm Ramen and soda :)
