Do you suffix a word with -s if the count is zero?
i.e: Game starting in 0 seconds.
or is it supposed to be Game starting in 0 second.?

I've always put the s there. Sounds better and probably correct, although not logically correct, but then again many things aren't in the English language.
I agree that it sounds better but sometimes English has some strange rules. ;)
I'd say it is "seconds" since that is what we call the measurement.
Crash
Technically 0 seconds don't exist, if it was starting in 0 seconds it would already be starting. Best to just stop the countdown at 1second imo.
The gaming is starting NOW!
Do you have work with this kind of problem or are you just wandering?
I'd say it is seconds.
Seconds.
Aswell, don't forget that sometimes you'll have to add ', to make it plural.
That's if the word ends with a '' S ''.
