nobody who actually knows how to swim would ever allow themselves to swim with such terrible form. Had he been taking it easy, he would have looked much better, not flailing and tired.

Wow, the video literally did make me sad to watch. I've heard of him before too. Some of the commentators on the Olympics were saying that he hardly qualified in addition that he could hardly swim.
