The so-called smart Neo thought she knew how to moderate, now people are saying the mir section is one big mess, i believe about half a year ago she told me how to moderate, now i could bring order into chaos, i would like her to do the same, although i can already tell you that it won't happen.
Fact is that i know better how to moderate then any of you, ofcourse this doesn't mean i do everything perfectly, because well afterall i'm human, but still.
Now if you really want to be a good mod then you stop swearing, set a example, if you can't make a decent post without swearing, then how can you expect others to make a decent post without swearing? You can't, and what then happens is that people start swearing, problems start, and you have to stop them, which is impossible because you just start swearing, which only starts even more shit.
Oh and if you wonder about my signature, well you earned that for deleting a post of mine, if you are going to swear at me, and you can't even leave my comments on it, which were quite a bit nicer then yours, then you deserve to be putten in my sig.
And don't worry about deleting this post, i got a extra page open incase it's gone all the sudden.

So is his, his just isn't justified, i know what i can do, like it or not but a lot of the time i was the only person really moderating, i would of loved to give some people some credit, but the fact was that the last time there was this big thing that not a single mod moderated there, even though they had a shitload of complaints about mine, and then when i told them to do it and i would just keep my mouth shut, nothing simply happened.
i would call it envy not ego :)

I was waiting for Sipher to say that :P. If he would have said that, I would have gone on a flame trip, it probably might have gotten me close to banned.
Before I talk about Kitten's job, let me say this. Gohan and Sipher, both of you are power hungry. A mod can't mod "good" or "bad". There is no good or bad when modding, it's always open to interpretation. Some people might think that a deletion of that post was good, some people think it's bad, it's how you see it that determines whether you are good or not, so for that matter, mods are just mods, simple as that, there are no good ones (though there can be bad ones, the ones that never do anything and sit on their asses). And Sipher, just because Gohan can't curse to you doesn't mean you can curse to him, so why don't you stop cursing and follow the rules more before you lecture on people following the rules or lecturing people on being a good mod? And for that matter, you bringing up this topic was one of the worst idea's you could do, you are a mod, by doing this, you are trying to instigate flames towards kitten (though it ain't gonna work), and thus, trying to raise you popularity in this community. Apparently have to learn a thing or two about modding. And a side note, if you want to get your point spread across, spell correctly, don't say INTERFEER. Good job.
Anyway, back to the topic, Kitten in my opinion has done a great job modding, I've seen some of the things she has done, and I think she is doing great. I love ex and kitten as mods, they know how to stay out of conflicts. Sure, they might make mistakes, but that goes back to my big paragraph, in reality, there is no perfect mod.

How aren't you good? You lock/move posts, dont show biast to anyone, are friendly and super funny. What else do yah need to do? Keeping out of the flaming stuff is a good thing tbh and you do a helluva good job at that.

Bla bla bla... look sometimes posts gets deleted because they don't like the negative comments, for example, you give me crap, but hey that's how it works, i just comment on it and that's it, now what he does is delete my post, so imagine if i would delete your post now, how would that make you feel?
If you had bothered to read actually one of my posts then you would of seen that i mentioned that my main account is NOT banned, therefor rule 21 has nothing to do with me.
I would be a hypocrit if i had deleted posts back then when i moderated that were comments on me, now yes i did delete some posts, but that's because it was just purely swearing and flaming, where as mine post was just negative comments, and well such posts are made, everyone has to accept that, i know that i did. Or well actually i didn't, i just never really cared...
Where did i changed to a other person, and where did i changed back? I never changed, not ever, what you did saw was the side of me where there wasn't something big to complain about.
Fact is that you basicly started this, i made a post, and you edit, for what reason? No one knows, fact is that i didn't broke any rules at all, so at that moment you have 2 options, ignore it or comment on it, but you can't just go into peoples posts and delete everything you don't like, that's not how it works, it never will, you will have to accept that sometimes not everything is 100% positive.
And well if it was really a huge deal, but hey it wasn't, ofcourse you could ask now why i make such a big deal out of it if the original thing wasn't big, well that's before you deleted part of my message, and i don't like that, if you hadn't done that then there would of been no problems, but you just had to do it, you just couldn't stand 1 tiny comment that wasn't positive...
@Becky, i think what she means is that she can't really "lead" this forum, basicly everyone can lock/move etc, but it's when real problems start that a person should be able to stop it, that's what real moderating is about, and well a good moderator has to accept then that some people will turn their back on you because of your judgement and moderating, you know i think i got most compliments as a moderator on this board (you have no idea how many pm's i received in a year time with compliments) but i also got most flaming at me, which is again why i received so many compliments, because most moderators don't want to moderate their friends, and it will always be like that, and that's natural, but if you want to be a really good moderator then you will have to put that aside.
I personally have my principils over anything, this includes friends, then again, if a friend can't accept that moderating has to be done, and that that person is moderated for bad behaviour, and takes that out on you like it's something personal, then it never was a real friend, real friends would accept it, i can tell you that in the beginning at a other forum i had a really big problem with that aswell, but i learned to accept it, and if a ban is justified then there won't be even a 10% of the problems as when i get banned when it's not justified.
And since the editing and deleting of my posts were not justified...
