Explosions at Boston Marathon

He's being hospitalized? He's been officially hospitalized minutes after they captured him. He was shot in the leg and also in the neck, so it's a waiting game to see if he actually makes it out there alive. I read that he's not been given his Miranda Rights because there's an exception because of the public security or something alike, he was also flash-banged and was found by the home-owner curled up covered in blood in the boat, iirc he said he was more sad about his boat getting blood on it from Dzhokhar.

I also was reading a tweet from him saying something about being stress free, yet killing just a day later. One of his friend on twitter is also backing him up and defending Dzhokhar (I'll link soon).

Yeah, he's not being read his Miranda Rights as he's considered a threat to public safety. Which is understandable. But Sen. John McCain is attempting to take it a step further and classify him as an enemy combatant so he can be held without trial, which is complete bs since not only is he a U.S. citizen but it was a domestic attack and not an act of war. But that's John McCain for ya.

that why thay wanted the ndaa so they can do all manner of things to you people with out worrying about your constitution
knew it was home grown if was alkida or any other terriost they would of done a better job then they did
at least jump on a express train full of ppl get of station let it blow i must say if your gonna do something like this at least do it right( not that i condone this sort of stuff ) just it seems to be overly exaggerated.

Yeah, the NDAA was complete bullshit. But most of it has already been struck down by a Federal court. As for being tried as an enemy combatant, that is entirely different. This is just the first time a few corrupt senators are attempting to use that exception against a U.S. citizen.

I haven't read too much into any of this yet but have they listed any motives that they might have had yet?

the thing that concerns me more is that the death toll seems to be pretty low, 3 dead 140+ injured, a death is a death regardless but compared to, say Palestine, 1.5 million dead since 1848, 5 million refugees, and more will have died and become homeless in the next few hours. my prayers are with the ones who lost family members and i wish a quick recovery to the ones who were injured, but you cant deny that the amount of media coverage given to the boston bombings was all just to cover up the bigger picture

Apparently the kid was a pothead gamer about a year ago, then his brother went over to Russia for a few months. His brother also had jihadist videos on his youtube favorites/playlists and chatted on a few Islamic forums. I even heard that he was a patriot and thought blowing up some stuff may make governments think twice about what there doing too america but thats just hear say and rummors. also anything they say about the person on mainstreem media is gonna be what ever there told by authorities and let me tell you this they wont be wanting to tell you he did it for reason of america being bad they would rather lie and say he was a jihadist so you can believe in the fear even more. this fear will slowly strangulate you all the more
