What are you talking about? I just got out of high school and I'm 18 without flunking anything and even then some people don't get out of high school until they're 19.
To drop out of school, you need to go through a long process as well I believe.

I would truely hate that, staying in school til you're 19, if you mean going through college then that is OK, but if not, that is rediculous!
