I guess it would depend on the leader. Not all dictators have to be evil.

I was talking about Fascism to my friends and they told me that it contains.
- Extreme Nationalism
- Leader principle, cult of personality based on a charismatic leader
- Authority of leader supersedes the usual mechanisms of state
- Anti-Communism & anti liberalism
- Aggressive militarism
Can someone help me understand what they mean about this things?
I understand a bit about that aggressive militarism its about war is the only way to solve things.
But how come this are included when we talk about Fascism?
Steps to control a country,
1) be a charismatic person, make people like you (the right people, the ones that count)
2) get into power, make everyone think the country will be awesome with you in power.
3) gain control of the military and all weapons, make it so you're the only one with weapons.
4) stop any kind of media that is not in your favour.
5) stop anyone who wants you to leave office, be it by revolution or anyother means.
congratulations you are now a dictator.
Fascism is a political system which strives to create a strong people. Fascism believes the key to greatness is a great unified people working hard to attain the common goal.
That's the theory anyways.
