Yes but the game itself didn't get deleted from any device because the connection between the .apk and the game from appstory is separated, so I still have it.

It's better.. and we had a stint of playing it endlessly at school in library for over a month :P
886 score just then.. that'll do... ;)
better than 25 on some touchy phone game.

Re: Flappy Birds Removal: A Flappy Publicity Stunt or A Flappy Truth
The reason why it went down is because of copyright issues. Towards the end of the game, apparently it has features from the super mario series, and the company was about to sue the creator of flappy birds.

Doesn't matter if it's towards the end of the game. If I was a company like that I would do the same. Why let some developer that copied the concept get away with it? It's just like plagiarism. If you plagiaries you will get sued.

Re: Flappy Birds Removal: A Flappy Publicity Stunt or A Flappy Truth
There's nothing at the end, the game just keeps on going and going.

Not really, every game has a limit/end and that score would be 2147483647.

What are you talking about? It can go on and on. There are many games with no end. Though nobody would get that far.

Minion Rush, Subway Surfers, Temple Run - and others that have copied the idea are all limitless games. You can run as much as you can and never reach the end of the level.
According to some Minecraft on PC is also limitless, you can go round and round forever, however this hasn't been confirmed yet.

You are extremely misinformed.
News flash: It doesn't matter if he took the game down or not. If he was infringing on copyright by Nintendo he is liable for damages from all income generated by his app. It doesn't matter if its still up, taken off, or source released to the community. If they wanted to sue him then they would have already done so. Him taking the game down to avoid a lawsuit.
He has more than enough money from ad revenue to live the rest of his life paying himself an average income. Most people do not make more than ~$2 million across their lifetime. I'm sure he came very close to that in the short time the game was up.

If you use an integer, that is.
Use a long and it is 9,223,372,036,854,775,807.
