Brown bread- full of fibre and white bread has glue like substances which stick to your arteries
Brocolie- anti-cancer
Sweet potatoes-carotenoids, vitamin C, potassium, and fibre
Grape tomatoes-vitamin C ,vitamin A,fibre, some phytochemicals
Next time think about the positives/negatives of foods before you feast your self.
