Forget about frantech. I've got VPS from ServeDome. They got pretty cheap prices.
Oh, you never told us what OS you need. I know a good host. It also ignores DMCA notices. If you need Linux I'll PM you the link.
Needs to be windows though. Servedome looks good, but doesn't have any windows options.
VPSLAND is good, and cheap. Windows & linux. :p
Everyone will have an opinion on what is the best vps and realistically every provider has their benefits and what FranTech out-do everyone on is the price!
The reason frantech is always sold out its because its always in demand and they do not want to oversell their servers.

They're awful. I purchased a VPS from them back in 2009. I had it for 7 hours and demanded a refund. I won't go into detail but support is done like by two people. Help tickets answered at least a day after sending.. Servers are so bad..Originally Posted by Aaron

Netherlands is quite a safe haven for private servers. Sweden is also but is more expensive from my experience. Oh and German servers are often cheap but there's a very bad reason to that!
if your going offshore I recommend the netherlands.

But Frantech is a company that doesn't bullshit unlike other companies, Frantech is fast and cheap, other companies say that but they're slow.
We're not perfect :) We try our best to offer a well priced service that works nicely.
We own all of our own equipment so it makes it hard to simply grow to tons of new gear w/o having to invest a lot of money. With the economy as it is and new competition always nipping at our heals, it's always a scary time when we want to buy more gear because we don't know if this is the round of gear that will end up sitting there empty for a while.
We've been very lucky because as of yet, this hasn't been an issue.
