I already said it before, get a moderator that has the balls to open his/her mouth and tell people off, also this mod should have ban powers and shouldn't be afraid to use it.

Close the topic, give them a warning, if they do it again then ban them and let them beg to MentaL if they want to be unbanned. Problem solved, trust me not many people will do it because they would be afraid of getting banned...

You got like 3 problems with this.

1. To personal, if a friend would do it then you would be less harsh on them and give them way more chances, if the person would be on your bad side then you would be all on them.
2. You can't ban, now you could get a ban request but let's be honest, who of the supermods/admin would ban a person for a stupid poll? Non of them would.
3. As a result of this you can say what you want to these people, but they heard it many times, and nothing gets done.


If i were MentaL i would do it like this, give all the mods ban powers, if they fuck up then remove them, if they fuck up bad then ban them. That will also get rid of the bad mods and the good mods would stay.
