Modern day aircraft (take it you're on a Boeing 737?) can handle a bit of bad weather, so stop pissing yourself.
Make sure you don't wet other passengers.. that's way more nasty then some turbulence.

Just pay attention to the where the emergency exits are, and where the life jacket is...and you'll be FINE!

yes and no , depends on the microwaves , certain gsm's , but there are other things that can be worse than a celular.
For what i know when landing and taking off , they do request to shut them down , in flight you can use it ( its just to prevent malfunctions when landing and taking off ( just in case )
