    Georgia water shortage

This has been the bane of Georgia for many years. Whenever a drought weather pattern begins Georgia residents get a water restriction and even get fined if they use water incorrectly.

The last time was in 2000(I believe) and I almost got fined by the only police car I have seen roam my neighborhood(filling in quota, no?).

Anyways, the reason WE get hurt over the situation is because of those damn Floridans that want to keep THEIR environment nice. Yet Georgia is the one in the drought with our environment getting worse every year.

I live in Georgia currently(uh, duh) and will be moving to Rhode Island, then California in about 4-6 years. Anyone else live here or even have thoughts about this? It just makes me mad that people dont understand the concept of natural selection, or survival of the fittest. Damn hippies with dem petitions. They hate the government but they're smart enough to infiltrate it!...:crash: :crash: :crash: :crash:

Btw, the water they take from Georgia is used to level the streams in Florida so the wildlife can survive. The streams require hundreds of millions of gallons of water from just one Lake in Georgia. This year the fines are higher and the drought will last longer. If the feds dont do SOMETHING about their ignorance then Atlanta could easily run dry of water. I know I wont run dry because if I do I will kill something...like a kitten(not really).

    Thoughts?

PS: I have no idea if this is the right section, but it seems very Off-Topic, and it isnt spam. I want thoughts people!

Money makes the world go around...

Califonia people probly pay ALOT for the water to be moved to them, whereas if they tried to sell you it at the same price theyll probly get sued to hell >_<

Just horde as much as possible just before the ban, then deny all knowledge of it and have your own personal supply :p

Not sure who you're talking to, but I can take showers and stuff any time I want. The restriction is simply to the use of water to grow your outside habitat(you know.. save Florida's habitat but kill yours).

And I assume we can.. lol...

Also about water prices in California, I'm not sure if its high or not. Moving to a quaint little island off the coast of California. It's connected by a bridge with C4 strapped all over it incase of some sort of hostile takeover. Try to guess the name of it.. :O

Edit: Getting trigger happy with the damn contractions. ... '

The answer is simple then, take your hose pipe inside, open a window, use it from inside your house.

I read the title, and from there asumed the reast. A little known fact is that America, all fifty united states, are in a water shortage.
