Getting Braces >.<

I have to get braces today so ill probably be gone most of today and maybe even tomorrow :(

they hurt but they are worth it man, a tip would be play up as mucha s you can when they are 1st on then whenever they are tightened ifu need you can play up again :D
but the thing is it does hurt >.<
Had mine for fookin ages but my teeth are nice now :)

u know i didnt change what i ate at all when i had my braces on :D

stayed away from gum but i dont really eat that too much, if you clean your teeth 2 times a day ull be fine m8, just say goodbye to solid foods for a few days when the bastard gets tightened lol

my braces were always breaking though because i didnt stop sparring either even though the dentist was like "lee you gotta stop while your brace is on ok" so i was like "ok ok" (coupla days later) "hey i broke my brace training again.."

i used to have a brace >.< and it hurt me coz they fucked up the molds and i had a brace in that didnt fit the shape of my mouth fukin dentists but after wards itmwas all sorted and so are my teeth ;)

When my sis 1st had a brace (yeeeeeeeears ago) it was proper funny coz she couldn't talk properly 4 like 2 weeks, daft cow
