Hes 9. I think he already said that somewhere in the thread. The whole story about the crazy bitch is just a cover. What really happened is that during art class in school, a girl stole his crayons. Now he wants to know what to do.
It's illegal to have guns here so they would be punished for just carrying it anywhere. They would also take them to prison if they fired it but I'm talking about breaking bikes, windows, etc.. Where I live if you don't record the under aged breaking your stuff there is no way to take action against them. I know because some little assholes tried to break stuff on our neighbourhood and that was the only way to press charges against them.
But this is Europe not America or Australia so laws on what minors can do may be different on each continent.

Serious, they won't press charges unless you have physical evidence against that person? That's absurd, who would have thought of that?!?!
That is the law in every country and with regards to any person, regardless of age. Unless you have proof, then you can't press charges... How is this new to you?
