Oh they are wrong because you say so, well everyone let's all please to a 19 year old talented idiot as he has done it all, you know all those supermodels, yeah well at 1 point they were 500 pounds, but then Ex came in with his red cape with a big I (of idiot ofcourse) on it and saved the day.
You know those advertisements where you see a really big person turn into a model, well most of you think it's because of those pills they give them, personally i always thought they were different people, but Ex just pm'd me that he gave them some assistance and they lost weight in no time.
Btw has anyone looked in a gym? Do you know that the average person that starts going to the gym leaves after 2-3 times already, yeah that's because most people don't like to go to the gym, most of the big people leave quite fast, they feel exposed and it never goes fast enough, you know people who are slightly overweight see big results, i mean if you are 200 pounds overweight and you loose 3 pounds a week then you will think it's shit, but if you are 10 pounds overweight then that's awesome, ofcourse overall the more you weight the more you loose, but if you switch that to percentages then it's alot quicker if you are only slightly overweight.
Anyway what leaves in the gym are 3 types of people, those who love to work out, gives them a satisfying feeling, then you have those that do it because of medical reasons, and then you have the people that want to get in shape for appearance reasons, for themself because of low self esteem, or because they want better results by the opposit sex, or for gay people the same sex, and stuff like that (i don't think i missed one)
Now unlike popular believe there are people who love to work out even if they are quite overweight, my aunt was 1 of them (she is 55 now and has slowed down), she used to go to the gym alot, atleast 5 hours a week, but hey according to Ex she did everything wrong, oh yes that's right boys and girls, Ex was there to witness it, and he witness eating herself fat, ain't that right Ex? She didn't loose weight because she ate herself full all day long, because surely that's the only possible reason, i mean if you workout and eat properly then you should at least get a decent weight, sure not a perfect weight but only people who eat extremely well and workout can reach that, take my dad for example, he could actually gain some weight, but hey he only wants to eat right, you know like meat, fries oh yeah and he likes lots of gravy, damn if we all ate like that we would all be at the right weight, not to mention that he never walks or cycles, he uses his scooter or car, if we all did that it sure would make us loose alot of weight, unfortunaly not all of us can, like my moms friend, she just ate way to many vegatables and stuff like that, on top of that she worked out daily with help of professionals, wtf was she thinking, ofcourse that causes her to be fat, ain't that right Ex?
Incase you didn't notice, i was being sarcastic, you're really stupid you know that, you really think you get it all, i'm not saying that with your help people can't loose weight, but you can't go around talking about how you can get everyone at a normal weight, you just can't, even when they sacrifice to never eat anything unhealthy ever again, because most people eat unhealthy from time to time, and that doesn't have to mean right away something with alot of fat like fries, that can also be a piece of meat, or a snack, or some chocolate, you know the things you eat aswell, and everyone else on this forum, you can't go tell people they can't eat anything like that anymore, especially you, you see you obviously don't have weight problems, because if you had then you couldn't eat unhealthy food, you can't tell people not to do that stuff when you never had to do it yourself, i don't know it either, but i'm not a hypocrit that tells people they could become a model (fat people can have a pretty face and all, so based what you say they could become a model) just aslong they dont eat bad food, because bad food is wrong, and when they turn around eat a mars bar.
People with serious overweight (not caused by eating themself fat) struggle their whole life to keep a decent weight, from all those people in that organization not a single 1 has managed to get a normal weight, and you have no idea how hard they are on themself, and how much pain they have both physicly and mentally because of it, you can't imagine how hard it is, you can't, no matter what you say, and neither can i, so stop pretending that you can turn them into normal weight people, you want to help those people then help them exercise, to keep them moving, help them with eating better, as almost all people can eat better and most important get them accept who they are, ofcourse you might not get this, and you still are a talented idiot who thinks he can still change everything, but hopefully you will remind it for 1 day that you are helping someone who can't seem to loose the amount of weight they should based on your believes right now.
Now i'm betting you are going to post some post about how great you are and shit, but you can just blow me, and i might not know as much about dieting and exercising, but i do know people who are specialized in it, and i take their word over someone like you who never worked with someone who didn't eat themself fat any day of the week.
