The suspension controls, on the PC press h and use the arrow keys.
On the PS2, press the left analog stick to raise the lowrider and the right analog stick to change the side the hydraulics are on.
or numeric keyboard on PC? i remember it always worked for me...

Na, you press H to raise the hydraulics. Then use some keys (not sure which ones) to move the hydraulics about.
LOL. i dont even play habbo anymore. i use maplestory and Team Fortress
