A video camera is fast enough to record such movements, i have noticed frames are lost all through the movie now, this includes when he is fast, it can be just noticed more then.
As you can also see the video is of bad quality, i don't know when it was recorded onto the computer, but seeing the quality it would be like 2-3 years back, back then frame lost was normal, my brother had it all the time.
Like i said, frames were lost, and i really don't believe this was because of the video camera, the quality of the video is bad, frames were lost when it was recorded on the computer, simple.
