Had my Wisdom teeth pulled - TODAY

Well... I had 'um pulled today.

Bad thing was that because of the medication I'm on, they couldn't put me to sleep...so I was awake while they did it, but they did give me novicane (spelling?) and nitrus (spelling?)... but the nitrus seemed to wear off about half way through... and I started to feel it towards the end, so they gave me extra novicane...

But I'm back... and it didn't take a long time...

And they gave me some pain killers...

I'm sort of glad that they didn't put me to sleep... I'm glad that I was able to get up and walk out, and that I'm able to come home and walk around and stuff... although I am in pain.

Anyway... thats the end of my story...

The novicain is wearing off now, and I'm so sore.

To be honest, it isn't as bad as it seems.

They gave me percocet, so it isn't too bad all the time, but it really is extremely painful right now... the medication seems to have worn off, but its the first day.... I was told it'll be better in a day or two.

I'm just letting mine grow through, fortunate enough to have perfect teeth.

I've always heard it's rather bad and might pain/be annoying for a while.

i know a guy who had his pulled out, and his mouth was swelling and had a greenish tinge

man your lucky i havent had mine pulled yet i probably need to they give me problems every once in a while but i have no dental insurance :/

Well my dad said it hurt like a bitch when he got his pulled so idk how they did urs but it mustve been diffrent than the way they did his.
