help with this website error(computer expert needed)

WEll lets say i know it must be my pc and its realy frustrating i know it my pc as when i over my dad or someone elses house the website works fine and prob does for you lot as well . If any you Computer expert out there plz help me solve this ridiculous problem .
What the problem does : displayays result to far up the page so you cantg click or read them .

remove some of the microsoft apps which debug and crap...
