It was special, i whatched it in chinees so it was even harder too understand ^_^
saw it ages ago mate got it imported.. its an ace film.. and it shows it over and over coz tis different stories u ass :p

i thought the movie would be completely different....i was surprised at how the movie was constructed...it was put together well and it was the same story over and over but told in many different ways..
if u like the "wire stunt" films this one is a 10.
however i felt that this movie could have been done a tad bit better i gave it a 7.
basically meaning it was worth the money to watch but i would not buy it on DVD
I remember that movie. It was pretty good and meanigful. Watched it two years ago i think.
It was a great movie, a more intellectual type movie though. Not many people like that kind of movie much anymore.. just those teen oriented movie; very crude.
-=MR=- maybe you just didn't understand it. It is a great film, and maybe you just don't grasp why they're showing things over. I enjoyed it very much. Very worth watching if it is in the chinese (english-dubbed) version.
It's very... weird. I understood it but to be honest i didnt really enjoy it that much. It's such a radical change from the usual type of cinema im used to (and no im not talking about all guns blazzing mindless violence films either) that it was hard to accept allot of it. It did have some very cool stunts and special effects tho :)
Also it was directed my quintin taronteno so it's gota be quality lol :tp:

if you havnt seen it yet i definately recomend you go watch it, in terms of a film the story is very clever theres no way your going to second guess exactly whats going on.
the ways its filmed is also pretty damn good, the use of colour is interesting, even though you are being told the same story over it is not showing the same thing at all.
in terms of the fighting the movement is great, if your a martial arts fight fan you should enjoy this. Im not usualy a fan of using wires in films but it was done really well here
last of all it hs jet li in, and many pretty ladies :D
afetr watching it i can safely say its good BUT.... diffrent.
its uniqye in its own way.. stunts are amazing and the fighting as well.. as Ex said colors are the thing in it, lots of them.. oncve in the desert, lake, forest... it variets, i loiked that.

Tarentino produced, nothing more than that. I loved the contrast of colors in the scenes, especially how the japanese analize such things.
