She said there was still a younger Peter alive, I was referring to why the future Peter didn't regenerate, as far as I could see he wasn't shot in the head.

I have a feeling that Peter loses the regen power somehow. How could he have that scar otherwise? and how could Claire kill him with only two chest shots?
Tbh, People only watch this because it's on a popular network.
Ninjaway NBC is actually not that popular. They've been getting worse and worse ratings recently. People watch this, because it is an awesome show and they love it. Just because you don't like it doesn't mean it sucks. Gtfo out of the thread if you don't like the show. Stop being a gay little troll.
I watched it at the start, then it got boring then finally I ended up turning the TV off.
Which seems like a stupid thing that I did as it looks like its rather good now!
noooo!!11 vortex guy and ando :(((
OMG What a crazy episode...
I can't believe Hiro stabbed Ando.
At first I hought he was faking, but he really stabbed him!
Zoe-mah-goshz!
Atleast cover up such a huge spoiler=/
MentaL please change the thread title to Heroes - Season 3 [Spoiler Alert]
Yesh but that was like a slap in the face;D But back on topic, going to watch the episode know so I can discuss further.
Spoiler:
New episode : OH - MY - GOD!
I must admit that Hiro chasing African-Isaac was hilarious especially when he got both of them i the head with the shovel :P
But My. Petrelli! Stealing Peter's powers! WTF, what is his powers anyway? Does he take the powers from them or does he just borrow them? Peter has no powers now? Could his DNA be the source of this "formula" which everyone is chasing?
well atleast we know future peter had power of shape shifting and time traveling, anyway i wonder if mr.petrelli get the "hunger" from sylar powarx he stole from peter :O
I would also like to point out that Mr.Petrelli's powers does not usually kill people, it only did that to Adam cos he is so old that without his powers, he just crumbled to ash. Hence, he just steals peoples powers. But can he take more than one persons powers or does he loose them if he steals new ones?
Also, if Adam is unable to age, how did he get to the age of 30ish that he has been at this entire time? I do not think that he was originally from the ancient Japanese era... i think he is from the present day, was injected with the formula to give him powers when he was about 30, then for some reason Peter took him back to the past and left him there because he knew he could not be killed.
Remember when Adam first "met" Peter in season 2, he was "pretending" to know Peter since he had lost his memory... i do not think he was pretending at all, i think he really knew him.
Remember Hiro going back into time? Adam got hit by an arrow but didn't know he could regenerate. He figured it out when the arrow was pulled out, he was at his 30's. The power starts to work when you figure it out, look at Tracy it's a perfect example. Yet I wonder how they are going to do this with Claire since she's so young she has to grow older..
Wait a sec, was Adam a level 5 before or after Hiro met him?
I think it's a keeper which has no limit's just like Peters. I don't think Peter has any powers atm he needs to remeet all the people or the future Peter doesn't make sence(pointing out that he still had all the powers). Unless the future is changing every minute. Not sure bout the last thing might be, but I think they are going to introduce a new guy which makes it all clear.Quote:

God I hated the puppet master, hope I don't have to see him again, he annoys me. Loved the ''vortex'' guy from episode 5 to bad they cut him of. Claire wants to be a hero with her shitty powers they gave her a too big role. She act greats though but I just don't like her whiney roll. I want to see more of Maya, I don't think this is the limit of her power, I think it's far greater plus she's a beautiful women.
Tbh. I think Mr. Petrelli, if killed will release all the powers he took and they'll go back to the people he got them from.
Peter is a main character and well, they can't just strip him of his powers like this. =p
We all know there'll be more of Peter and his ownage super powers. But damn, its a crazy twist in the overall story.
Ah wait, I think your right. He took all of peter's power, including his own.
I sure hope Peter's dad didn't take Peter's REAL power (act as a sponge to absorb people's power). I'm also pretty sure he got the "hunger" now. That could explain why the world will get fucked in the future.
I think Mr. Petrelli's plan (the main plot behind all this) is to give everyone power (so u get different kinds of power) and take it away. Think of it like human lab rats. You heard it here first folks.
They can already do that, look at Tracy and Nathan. Mr Petrelli is already evil the hunger isn't going to change it. But Peter still had his power in the future.
I hate Heroes endings. WTB next ep 100g plx!
I lol @ how all males in the Petrelli family who got their powers NATURALLY (so all except for nathan) all have the ability to steal/borrow/absorb powers from everyone else. They alone could rule the world.
I think Mr.Petrelli took ALL of Peters powers including his ability to use other peoples powers. Cos remember, if he STILL had that power, then he would have got the powers back the moment his dad took them away cos he would just re-absorb them. Although, now Peter doesn't have the thirst for blood anymore :)
Tbh you don't know if it's "all of them". Mrs. Petrelli seems to have been around quite alot ^^ But yeah, they probably are the "core" ones with powers.
So what if Mrs. Petrelli has been around quite a alot? Pretty sure the dude is the real Petrelli, Gabriel and Peter are his sons and both got that sort of power, so what Rish said makes sence. You can see Nathan as an guy with a handicap who is born without power, different from his brothers. I wonder how they are going to do this.
I want the next ep now :(
So the future changes? Which doesn't make sence when Hiro get's hit in the head twice in a row=/
It happened in the first episode... Peter came back to shoot Nathan to prevent the future he was in from ever existing.
And remember in ep 5, Mrs. Petrelli said something about her not knowing what was going to happen because the future has changed.
Hiro only went a couple minutes in to the past.
So, what do you think about the latest episode. Some quite interesting stuff was there.
Spoiler:
he didnt steal hiros powers he made him think hes 10 years old
and it seems like the catalyst is clair if any ones been keeping track but according to the next episode every one looses there powers
but i cant seem to remember who the guy is that mohinder is doing all the med work on
yeah its been so long since i have visited rz i assumed people were still wtfcrazy about heroes and replied the second a new episode ended
i wonder if adam monroe just died when they all lost there powers since he was like for ever and a day old because of his powers
adam monroe had his power stole by arthur, and since hes a couple of hundred years old all the regeneration went away :P
Adam was killed by Mr. Petrelli, remember? But if he was still alive, he definitely would have died exactly the same way.
I think that once the eclipse ends, THAT is when Ando will somehow get his powers. cos remember, the first time it happened, many other people got their powers.
and what about all the current heroes will they get there powers back in your opinion or will they have to complete a genetic modifier to get them back?
Well Villains is finally over. I didn't really like the last season but I'm very excited to see the new season next year. It looks very interesting.
They didn't really show a whole lot of Mika. It kind of seems like everyone forgot about him so my guess is that he is going to play an important role in helping everyone escape in the next season.
Edit--
Next set of episodes, I guess. A few sites say that fugitives ends off season 3 instead of being its own season. It doesn't really make sense with the huge sudden change in the story.
andos new power <3 reminds somehow being high
season 4 looks crappy tbh
bump for the new ep.
It wasn't as interesting as I thought it would be. Just the general Noah working with some new company to stop the people with powers again. I think they're starting to run out of ideas, either that or they're saving everything good for season 4. It's only the first ep so we'll see where it goes.
What all can you do now Peter?
What's the last thing you saw me do Nathan?
Fly.
So I'm assuming Peter still has that ability, and if he didn't he hugged Nathan and should of took the ability from him then (If he still had it)
But the point is, Peter took Serish's powers on the plane. Meaning he could easily of flew out (Why would he even hang on?) and used the super strength to get the plane to a safe landing/fly out and save the person who's seat came un-done and flew out.
Other then this I thought the episode was pretty awesome, I'm glad they had someoen fight back against Nathans people.
i missed it :'( is there going to be a encore?
Sylar pwns
nah peter can use multi powers alot of the time
back when they were showing the beginning of season 3 they showed that he used many of his powers he gained from others
hes just as suped up has syler
Hm, that is true.
Kinda of hard to tell really, the only time I can think of when he would of been using move than one was when he was invisible. If he was using invisibility all the time (which is likely as Noah had to use goggles to see them both iirc) he was also learning to use other powers at the same time.
Personally I don' t think Sylar or Peter can use more than one at a time, they just switch from one to another fast.
I wonder how Peters powers work now? He seems to need physical contact instead of general vicinity, is it the same as his fathers was? We haven't seen Nathan fly, maybe Peter stole it (and why they don't really like each other, I'd be pissed too!) which means Tracy and Mohinda have lost theirs as well. Mohinda should be used to it by now, and I hear Tracy is being written out because she wants to leave to do movies instead.
awesome episode
Peters abilities were always stronger when touched or anything like that, he has to learn the ability, the closer the better. Looks like he been mastering that skill seeing as he learned his skills way faster then before.
Anyway i don't think at all that Peter stole any powers, his power wasn't stealing but learning a ability, and the reason why Nathan probably isn't flying is because he is the one hunting the people down with abilities, if he were to fly then people would want him locked up aswell.
Either way though, it looked like a good start of the new chapter.
maybe they don't have any new ideas
Now i think people seem to have forgotten that Peter gets his abilities from BEING AROUND people, he never previously had to have contact with them to use their powers... that is of course until his powers were taken from him.
I would like to theorize that Peter no longer has his original power. When he injected himself with the serum in pineherst, he did NOT get back his original ability, but instead was given a new similar power. I think he can now only borrow somebody elses power after having physical contact with them.
Think about it, if he still had his original power, he would automatically taken the powers of everyone on the plane. But did that happen? No. Instead, he got the powers from people when he touched them, after which the powers from the previous person seemed to disappear.
I do not think he is still an encyclopedia for powers, i think he can now only borrow the powers of the last person he touched.
Uber nerf!
He doesn't even need to be that close to the person, he took DL's power and he had never met him OR seen him use his power. How he'd know that he had the ability to walk through walls I doubt we will ever know. Borrowing the last power would be a decent way to ground his overly powerful power without either killing him or just outright removing his power. He still has the ability to mimic powers, just looses them just as fast. I wonder if they will do something similar to Sylar.
I'd still like it if Peter removes their power, it would give Nathan a reason to hate him so much. Plus it would make for some great conflict with Mohinda, he finally cheats the system to get a power only for Peter to steal them from him. Sure he had to do it, but I doubt Mohinda will see it that way! I bet Tracy wouldn't be too bothered either way really, her power always seemed a tad pointless to me anyway.
Peter got his abilities faster by being close to others, it makes perfect sense that the closer he gets, the faster he learns, otherwise he would know all abilities, plus i'm fairly sure that we've seen the distance thing in action.
Now touch would be way more powerful, you are afterall directly at the source.
I don't think Peter's powers were changed, mostly because it just doesn't seem like something the writer's of heroes would do. But, also because Mohinder once said that a special enzyme binds with anti genes in the blood to produce the powers, so it would only be logical if he regained his original powers after he got injected with the enzymes again. Because anti genes don't change after all. But then again, enzymes giving someone the ability to travel through time is little bit far fetched too...
Then explain DL? He wasn't anywhere near him! Peter was off fighting Sylar while DL went into the building to kill Lindermann. They didn't even meet each other, let alone see DLs power. And yet Peter could ranomly be able to conjure up walking through walls. Proximity means nothing, he's always been able to pick up peoples powers from a long distance.
Frankly if touch had anything to do with his powers it would of been shown long before now. If they do now add it in, I will see it more as a ret-con than what it originally worked as.
Sylar is such a fucking bad ass, definitely most awesome character of the show now. Also, Peter's Nerve is gay.
Looks like Rish was right.
I guess they just did it to make his character weaker.
I feel so left out, I really need to get on my ass and watch this show. ;(
wow im really high right now
Yeh considering Peter could only fly after touching Nathan while holding him hostage, i think he can only "borrow" peoples powers now. Kinda gay, cos atleast earlier he was a formidable opponent for Sylar... But i wonder what happens now if Peter touches Sylar?
*gonna watch epp 16 now*
OH MY ASDLKJ GOD!
That new episode was absolutely amazing!
I like the new fish guy.
fishyfishyfishy.
And I'm feeling that eventually the little dude with Sylar (I dunno his name) is gonna end up killing (or at least erm.. beating) Sylar and he's gonna be the bad guy.
I wonder what happens when Claire gets melted.
*thinks*
I'm a slush monster, ah munna eatchoo!
... You can't be serious?
We know that Sylar can only be killed by a bullet to the back of the head and even then he returns to being alive once the bullet is removed... how the hell is microwave boy gonna kill him? Not only is Sylar impervious to heat, he can also completely regenerate AND he can throw that kid around like a rag using only his mind.
Btw we have known what happens to Claire when she gets burnt since the very first episode - absolutely nothing.
Sigh, pay attention ffs.
