tbh in a sylar VS peter situation, neither of them will win unless they have help from the other "heroes". in which case peter would win since everyone seems to be on the "good" side. although peter can use the powers just by being near them, he is still only 1 person - he can only use so many powers at once. though if theres more than one of them, they can defeat sylar.
