ive been getting some strange going on with my net since i clicked a link for a ftp site that some1 posted on here my dial up icon in the sys tray doesnt come up any more and some sites are acting strange and not loading properly also this has been coming up in my network places...

well that ip is from nextgentel which is a broadband service in Norway... Don't know for sure though I just ran an ip scan and pieced it together...

Have you ran spyware programs to see if its something like that?

i went to that as well.... But i havent had any problems at all... Altho i do have a trojen checker + 2 virus scanners + add ware remover that have a quick look at my putter every time i switch it on ;)
