Artic Chill has reached the East and North....it was like 17 degrees in the morning and with the windchill it was only 4 degrees. Tomorrow we should be seeing Negative numbers here in NYC

Seriously i can't imagine how cold those degrees your telling here because our country is near in the equator and the climate here's just normal but i guess it's like putting yourself in a bathtub full of ice cubes.
