It was widely known AND said the Dispatch were the first to get wind of this guy and act on it. This video was more of a way to give this guy more publicity. I still can't understand how they can hold a copyright or patent on a home camcorder recording. It's obvious it wasn't done with professional equipment, and regardless if it were... there are countless other news stations reporting the same exact thing this original video is showing, so why are they in the clear? Maybe they are too stupid to realize that YouTube reaches a hell of a lot more viewers than a news station. God it pisses me off how they just throw the power around like that. The original video did nothing more than give this guy the recognition THEY wanted him to get by creating the video... amazing...
