First, I run for about as long as I can on the treadmill when it's on maximum, fall and hit my head, do 30 push ups in that position, adjust and do 50 sit ups, lay back and do 20 leg raises, do another 50 sit ups, then another 10 push ups, then call it a day.

To be honest, most people who say that don't actually eat enough.
You have fast metabolism at the moment, and whenever you get hungry you probably eat junk food, and that's why you're not gaining weight.
The truth is you're slowly clogging up your veins with junk food, which will increase chance of early heart attack, or other heart diseases... you will also be gifted with terrible cardio and physical endurance over all.
By the time you reach the age of 20-25, your metabolism will slow down, and your normal diet of junkfood, will start to show up, around the gut area mostly.
How do you lose weight?
There is no easy way to lose weight.
It takes dedication, hard work, exercise, a change in diet.
How to make the process easier?
1. Get support from family or friends.
2. Get a exercise partner
3. Start writing down what you eat, and limit your self to 3 meals a day, or 5-6 smaller meals a day. **
4. Set up a plan to exercise 2-4 times a week, work with lighter weights at first, and as much cardio as you can, this is where an exercise partner can come in handy and can support you throughout your work. If you have the money hire a personal trainer at your local gym.
5. Stop drinking soda/pop, start drinking water and fruit juices.
6. Eat more veggies, fruits, as opposed to pasta/meat.
** Keep in mind that a good way to lose weight is by increasing your metabolism.
Best way to increase your metabolism is to eat many small meals through out the day as opposed to fewer larger meals (which will decrease your metabolism).
I don't lose weight, I work on gaining weight. My metabolism is fast, but I also work out and exercise a lot, so I have to eat around 3-4 thousand calories a day.
