I'm currently working on my stamina.
Never really had to lose weight, just have to keep fit, that's about it, I have a pretty good cardiovascular system in which I do alot of walking to and from school and if I'm going to gym I'll walk to the gym as well, just be interested in the activity and you'll find it a lot easier.

Sit ups. Its a real pain in the @$$, too. I get sore so easily, its sad.
