it depends, sometimes i can was regularly and stay in the bath for like 30-45 mins but sometimes i go without a wash for a few days-week
i think im going thru a natural stage where washing simply takes time out off my busy schedule of masturbating and playing mir but then if i wash itll be for like 2 hours, including draining + replacing hot water
