Ok, I have a hard time keeping on track with my homework and concentrating on it. I get distracted by the computer, and by not wanting to do it, gaming and other stuff. I really need to do my homework to improve my grades. But I just can't seem to keep on task.
So does anyone know a good way to keep myself on task/to stick with my homework. I just tried doing my Geometry about five minutes ago, got bored and stopped, lol. So if anyone knows a good technique or whatever, let me know.

Ight first do this. Either do ur nights hw as the teachers talking or do it right when u get home and stay up late and play games i used to have that problem but i do my hw fast not i do like 3 hrs of hw in an hr just like haul ass
Either finish off your Homework before you start gaming and other stuffs or you may do other stuffs and gaming but keep it short so that you have time for your HomeWork. If you are bored with your HomeWork , why don't you take a short break and do other stuffs like listening to music for a while?
yeah just dont turn your computer or whatever on until your finished with homework.
Or if you need to, add the sites you need to visit on your router (whitelist) then get a parental to set the password so you can go back to doing whatever u were before.

make a to do list have something physical infront of you that you can easily see and allocate times to each thing
even ifu spend 20 minutes more on homework than you already are its a start

Go someone else to do your work. If the stuff in your area is distracting yourself from work then doesn't that tell you something? You should really go somewhere else that is quite so you can concentrate. Like a Library.

I would pick NoPeace's idea and make the HW at the library or something, also you should try moving to a room where you got a wood table and making the HW with a pencil and not a pen, I know it sounds weird, but a wood table combined with a pencil make me want to do HW, defently weird.
Ill tell you away i used to do it, I used to get my mum to take my internet cable or unplug my pc till ive done my homework, Now im fairly ok with my homework and since its coming upto my GCSE's im not actually getting anything, though i got maths homework in next lesson which i didn't do lol. Im in ICT now, Time to do it :D

or you could think about this, If I had tried harder at school and played less games then, I wouldnt now have to be working for two extra years doing my degree, sucks major wangage, just think about the future, get it done first time so you don't have to resit shit.
GL with it, everyone told me that, and i didn't listen, wish I had done now tho =-P.
But in truth, only way you can work is if you want to, if you can motivate yourself to work then it'll happen, if not you won't.

i dunno if u can but setup some prioryties in your life and your doings. If u can keep them, then its rly good if.
Get off the computer and do your school work. There's no "trick" to it, learn some self-control and will power to accomplish something. Kongo I know exactly what you mean :p. Plus I do my work at school (first period is an indpendant study class), since that's where I believe it matters the most. Library ftw. I can just walk there since it's .2 miles from the school, and since no one's usually home at the time I can stay there for hours and not be bothered by distractions at home.

Blow up your computer. I slacked through the whole of last term at university, but near the end my PC hard drive broke, so it's out of use atm. Since then I've actually done my work. Just using a library PC atm :P
type out, "I must do my homework" 9000 times on Microsoft Word.
