- Hair is way too short (bald?).
- Shirt sucks. Wear clothes with brand names on them or at least a graphic.
- Wear fucking jeans, cargo pants, or at least shorts.
- Socks are hilarious. Wear ankle to short socks.
- Tennis shoes are horrible. Get some decent shoes.

It's not a cultural thing. Chavs don't dress well because they tend to be from low income families. But Americans in general have terrible fashion sense.
