Also, I was fat then I started to lose alot of weigh. I got muscles now and do semi-daily excerise and started participating in school sports.
Before, I couldn't see my ding willy dee doo pee poop but, now I can see it even when I try to be fat as possible. Or my penis grew longer.
Yeah, a pic will help us better understand how fat you really are, or if you are at all. I, myself, am 16, I'm 5'9 and weigh 176, but I work out and play football, so I'm in real good physical shape.

Formula: Body weight (kg) / height squared (m)
Norm for Males: 20.1 - 25.0
Norm for Females: 18.7 - 23.8

i weigh 70kg, 1.83m tall.
70/(1.83^2) = 20.9 n im pretty skinny lol

I'm 5'5 17 years old and have never seen over 110 lbs.
im 1.74 m and weight 78 kg. and im just little fat, its about the body complex. i spent 1 year and 6 months going to run 5 days a week and 3 days to gym, before get sick and lose 15 kg. but never weight less than that. no matter how well i eat or how much exercise i did. sometimes its just ur body. (yea weighted 93 kg) now im... healthy but cant do excercise right now. (heart sickness)
even when in past when i got almost 95 kg no one calls me fatty. maybe cozz i dont have very good temperament
btw im honest with myself (contrary of most of the people here in the forums). im little overweight so what, people can hit me for hours and im still on my feet.

And go easy and dont call yourself fat. You can start a diet and have a proper intake of food and cut down on the weight. If that aint happening all by yourself, you can just hire a instructor or a health practitioner..

If you question if you're overweight....you probably are...
your BMI is slightly overweight...if you want to lose it..start running.

Check you BMI, body mass index, and see how much you are overweight. Im 16, 1.72 tall and 60kg lol. Pretty light, I've 18 at BMI if I remember correctly. I think you are overweight, at 15 I was 55kg I think.
Oh, and it has nothing to do with your genetical influence, its just how you eat. if you get your flesh from the supermarket and buy lot of sugar products you can get fat. Or you need to sport, before its too late, else your bones wont let you run and stuff if it gets worse.
Every pound goes through the mouth, as we say in dutch :P. (but than its a rhyme :P).
Oh, and its very difficult to loose weight, so start early, go to a sportschool or run everyday and watch what you eat :) good luck :)
BMI is a waste of time, can be a rough guide but it's bollocks mostly
im 178cm and 62kg, im in pretty good shape with about 6% body fat as i sit here typing, bmi would give me a false reading.
you're much better off judging your fitness or health with real measurements, do you get out of breath walking up a hill etc? can you fit into your pants? etcetc

You;ve never been fat. Read something about it before you give your opinion, because its wrong.
Its harder than stopping with WoW or to stop smoking, because your stomach produces hormons that wants you to eat. Its a basic reaction of your body to say you need food, and thats very difficult to resist. (else we would've died in the evolution, darwin ftw :P).
If it really does bother you then do something about it, I'm not really sure about all my shit I'll have to go and look then I'll post it up. Hell yeah I've got meat on me but I play rugby so it helps abit, I would I suppose like to loose weight and bulk up abit but tbh I don't really enjoy gyms they are just incredibly intimidating and just takes the piss in my eyes. How ever I am fine with the way I am, and if you are ok with the way you are then it's their problem not yours mate.
on one level you are correct but it's much better for your overall health if your body is fit and in shape :P

lmao, mate i have spent the last 7 years working with people getting them into shape, it's my profession, so before you try and tell me i'm wrong, you finish lower school, get your basic exams out of the way, go to college or whatevert you have over there and go get a degree, when you have a decent level of education i then want you to go get some basic common sense, then when you have these pre requisites you can have a conversation with me and i will take you seriously
you are right that ghrelin is produced in the stomach however the problem is not this, the problem is that people dont listen to it, also people often mistake thirst for hunger and eat instead of drinking enough fluid
losing weight is easy, putting weight on is easy, it is a gradual process and when understood and backed with a little willpower you can achieve anyhting with your body
so long as you are using more calories than you are taking in, you will lose weight.
but obviously that is far too fucking complicated and difficult to understand so i will go and read 1 of the 600 books in my personal library
