Thats seriously fucked up if you get any money. It was your fault, cars have reversing lights on them for a reason. A driver has about 10 things to worry about you riding passed on a bike not paying attension shouldnt be another.

Ohh and sounding your horn when there is no point i remember to be against the law, like using the horn at night. It distracts other drivers so it would most likely cause more accidents. In my own opinion i think this thread should be either moved to spam-ville or gtfo.
So your saying you couldnt see the car, and therefore the car couldnt see you. You most likely saw his reverse lights way before he could see you. Its a car, you should be looking out for them. It should be your number one priority when going passed a drive, check nothing is going to run you over.Quote:

I hope you recover soon, but you can't blame the driver for you accident. How can you expect a car to use its horn exiting its own drive way when it doesn't see anything coming, then a second later a speeding cyclist passes by doing tricks lol.
When your crossing either a road, a drive way, a gap between the street and the opening of a Ally your suppose to stop, and see if theres anything there. Then continue to ride, its what breaks are for.
