Please don't get him a pillow case with a photo on it.
Having a girlfriend is cool and all...but sleeping on the picture of you and him or whatever is kind of awkward/weird/creepy.

Just make him a special song, and sing it for him when you two are alone, and you have his full attention. And afterawards you can give him the cd of his fav. rapper's album or whatever, after you're done singing him the song.

If it was me, that would be perfect enough.
