advice comes for free, and u ask for advice, if u didnt like what u heard it was ur own fault for asking different peoples views.
but if u can help her then try to help her. but some people when they say they dont want help actually mean they dont want help and it isnt a reverse psychology sentance to mean "please help me".

Yeah but like i already said in my first post, she does actually tells me things, if she wouldn't want to talk about it then she wouldn't tell me things in the first place.
And i asked for advice how to help her, not to have people to tell me to just to just block her or whatever.
It's advice none the less, and cap, don't ever do that again :P.
Anyway, if it's trust you need to gain, try to stay as much as possible competely away from the topic, talk about life, tell some jokes, whatever her interests are, talk about stuff. The main thing in this is patience, you have to be patient with her, keep going gradually, eventually you might win her trust, and when that happens, that is the time. It's all about patience Gohan.
I need advice on what i'm asking, not on something else, that's not advice, that's thread crapping.
As for staying away from the topic is hard, like i said i never start about it, she always does, and if she starts about it then something is bothering her, now i can make some jokes, and cheer her up a bit, but the second i stop making them she will think of the things that are bothering her again and you will be back to the start.
As for winning her trust like that, i don't know, the people that trust most are the people that i can talk to about important stuff, not some person who makes jokes.
Anyway we do talk about life, i do tell jokes, and i know what her interests are, it's just that if something is bothering her then i'm not going to talk about that, at least not at that point.
Oh and patience is something i have a hard time with aswell, you see she started cutting herself now, and if she continues with that for a while then it might take quite sometime untill she stops doing it, because the weird thing is that even when they straighten out their life mostly, they still keep doing it from time to time, and it's not like dangerous or whatever, but it's not healthy either.
So although i won't push things at all, i still hope to do this sooner then later.
