haven't taken anything for 2years now,used to smoke canabis a lot,others only on partys,fungus...well that was only 2 times...it was OMG AWESOME :D

I couldn't possibly answer this, it depends so much on what and how much they are using. Obviously a crackhead needs help, whereas a weed smoker usually don't need help, and when they do it's usually not related to the weed at all.
So i'd say non-constant use of softdrugs is fine (people who are high 24/7 have a problem), any regular use of harddrugs have a problem. I also don't think it's smart to use harddrugs to begin with.
Ofcourse there is also "normal" drug use, usually labeled as medication.
As for criminals, well i did remove that 1 because officially you're only a criminal when you were evicted of a crime. Unofficially it depends imo what's the case, you could get caught while (you try to) buy weed, but i wouldn't call that personal a criminal.

I'm confused as to why so many people say they are normal. You got a lot of really bad drugs in the world and there are lots and lots of people with serious problems due to them, i would think that would atleast qualify the third option aswell.

Heroin and crack are mixed in with a lot of other drugs. A lot of times you'll find yourself a meth based ex tab even more common than that is heroin based tabs they make up I would guess around 15% of the market in terms of preferred bases. MDxx with a little bit of tcb tab with a fair amount of cannabis and you, sir, have found the greatest high EVER!! If you throw in alcohol you risk it a little but if you don't get really sick then you will have not just the best high ever but God's permanent feeling.
