No that's extra sleeping...
I'm going to take a shower in a few minutes, then get in my bed, and hopefully wake up tomorrow with less pain.
I haven't felt this bad for a very long time, better said i don't remember feeling so bad.
I also have nightmares, they are stupid, but somehow it stresses me out, so i wake up all in pain, sweaty and stressed. :(

It's hard to describe.
I'm in some kind of forest, can't find the way out, and in like every tree there is a person, each person holds a piece of my life or something.
The normal explanation for this dream is that i'm trying to find myself or something, however it's something that i have no problem with.
So it's really weird, in any case it's just stressing me out...
Anyway just took a shower, was pretty relaxing, however i did almost fell, i'm already dizzy and all, but the hot water was making me even more dizzy. :(
