NoPeace though i never really got to know you, All the posts you've done have just seemed entertaining but you get a good point across most times. But i find it funny that only now that you're asking people start saying good things about you, If we REALLY meant it we would have said sooner. Goodluck in whatever you do.
You don't have to be nice all the time to have people appreciate your opinion and even your kindness, you do have to be understood though, which is often hard if people have a bad first impression, when i was a admin alot of people understood me wrong, everything thought i was some harsh bastard that was out to get everyone, but in reality i never been that and the only way to control a large site when understaffed is to be harsh and blunt.Quote:

I'm honest, blunt, and pretty harsh at times, but i also care alot about every single person, and i always try to help people when they really need it, but i'm still always pretty blunt, people don't get stronger from just nice talk, be blunt, get through to them, then they will learn.

Depends on what type of arguement imo. If it's a good debate, I'm all for it. If its something that people have to resort to talking about my mama, then I will back away slowly. I have nothing to prove to anyone :) But don't get me wrong, I have a spark in me that does ignite if need be.Quote:

The fact is that if your a mod in RZ you can't really expect to receive thanks from everyone. Infact.... chances are you will only make enemys with people entirly because your telling them what they can't and can do. (exact same position the police irl are in.... you don't hear many good comments towards them however they are simply doing a job that has to be done).
I left because i started loosing interest in the forum n didnt have enough time to do it. That having been said. I didnt have a bitter tast in my mouth or anything... I love RZ and always will. For the best part ive got plenty of friends.... Infact there isnt really anyone thats active today that i don't get along with. The sites given me so much that i couldent hate it!
I've never had anything against you. I might have argued with your a few times but at the same time ive also laughed along with you. Your a great member and have always been welcome especially with the long term members. Yeah you have a few people that don't like you. Can see that Nik n u dont get along... Fact is that Nik has a very strong personality n hes a person that's easy to fall out with (no offence m8). In the passed me n Nik have had some real bitching contests with each other. Infact i would even go as far as to say that i hated him for a while! But after rageparty were great m8's. As for people like dirty deals slaging you off... Simply ignore him. For one he hasent been a member for very long at all. Infact its the first time ive seen his name so as far as im concerned he get piss off.
We all thank you for your time u've had helping RZ with modding and being a good member of the community (you are a member of the community weather you like it or not :tp: ). Infact I thank all of the mods for what they have done for this place. I won't ask for thanks for myself though entirly because i know people do thank me. I don't need reasurance that people here appreciate what ive done for the place because i can see it every time i chat with people on here.
Your a good man and will always be. please don't have a bitter tast in your mouth because theres no need :). And don't let people that dislike you drive you away. I always found conflict to be fun and part of the RZ experiance.

Most people who go completely out of their nature often repress feelings, it's why i wouldn't want a girl like that, 1 you can hurt them without knowing because they won't tell you (and you can actually hurt people without knowing), 2 they have fall outs that come out at the weirdest times, which is bad as they overreact then.
It's much better to have it steady, both my brothers build up their rage for example, and when they are really pissed off they go off in a way that you just don't want to be near them.
