Proberly the most sensible answer so far...I think most people are just jumping on the band wagon with the Sleep Paralysis answer.
Your mind is the most powerful tool in your body, its the control center to everything you do and think. Theres a right answer for it out there but like Ex said you won't find it here realistically.
The best thing you can do for yourself is just take your mind off what has happened and try focus your thoughts on something else. Because if whats happened bothers you as much as your saying then you can't let yourself drown in your own fear otherwise its just gonna happen again.
When you went outside after the 3rd attack that was made on you, you felt powerless and drained because your mind was in a vulnerable state due to the shock of what you went through. Your mind can either make you or break you, do your best to shake it off.

Anyways, no such things as ghost. If you encounter anymore of this seizures, stay calm and tell your parents about it and a doctor will diagnose you. If there really is ghost in this world, man, I think alot of us would be dead.

Something like this has happend to one of my friends while he was on a car ride. He was sleeping in the back seat while his father was driving the car and all of a sudden he woke up, hard of breathing and could barely move. He tried screaming for help for his Dad but nothing came out of his mouth. He prayed and prayed and eventually it went away.
I'm not being religous or anything. As you said, this happend within 25 seconds. Which was probably the same time as he encountered this. Just sharing. I actually have no idea what it is.

When your friend was calling our to his dad he wouldn't have been fully awake, his brain would have just started adjusting to being awake, the same goes for his body. But with it obviously happening for the first time thats what created the shock.

is it sleep paralysis when u have a dream about falling off cliff and when u hit the ground in the dream u wake up on the floor? (woke up as i hit the floor)

That's just dreaming and it happens. Like you dream you're about to die when someone wakes you up. Same concept.

Kinda...I wouldn't call it a malfunction though unless your mate is a robot :p lol. Its just your brain isn't yet fully aware of being motionly active so needs a minute to adjust.
its the same with your body, its why we stretch when we wake up to exercise the sleeping muscles.

So that's what happened to me...
I fell asleep on the couch once, woke up and I couldn't move or anything.
It happened within a second but... It was instant but felt like alot longer.
Just as I went to scream, I could move.
I just figured I wasn't fully awake yet & yeah... It was scary... but interesting all in one :P
