It won't happen. Not enough people in the world have the back bone to do something about anything.

I spoke for more than myself. Would be nice if petrol prices went down, right now I'm paying around £60 a month. I just highly doubt this will work, people will begin to stop purchasing fuel from these places (if this ever takes off), soon realise that the oil companies are more stubborn and will wait us out.

We'll all be fucked when oil supplies are months away from being depleted.

Actually think of anything and you can link it somehow to oil.

Plastics that yer monitor casing, keyboard, mouse, printer casing, shopping bags, CD cover etc: Made from oil.

Food you buy in shops: The lorries that transported the food to the shop/supermarkets run off oil.

Chickens standing in a field eating corn: That corn was most likely bought by the farmer and was trasported to his farm by a vehical that uses oil.

The clothes you're wearing: Made in China? Or Taiwan? Or South Korea? The factories probably get eletricity from power stations that burn oil or coal or gas. (The last 2 will run out to).
