As I have never actually been on or heard of the website, I'm not exactly sure what they do but Yahoo7 Answers somebody who claiming they work for Make-A -Wish said it was fake. So that's my verdict. It's Fake :P

LuLz, if they didn't have that guy from foundation I would of thought it was real.
