Umm I was a bit suscipious already back then but let it go as I didn't think age matters. When yesterday on a sms she mentioned high-school I thought it can't be. There's this photo gallery.. (IRC-Galleria) where you can find half the finnish teenagers, I went on it, searched for people in her hometown by the birthyear -89 which was confirmed to be her friend's. I found her friend, on the profile found her comments which linked to her own pics. B-day x.x.1990! Yeah, WTG me. In the neverland? Yeah it's fucked up when they take written law and apply it literally to cases which it clearly wasn't created for. I haven't heard of such cases here in Finland though, although it must be because of the lower age limit, besides people here don't tend to abuse the justice system and take others to court for the smallest of things.

It doesn't happen that much, not even to mention that a judge rarely goes in favor of the parents.
An 18 year old and a 17 year old just isn't considered wrong by anyone, and since it wasn't rape (or the age wouldn't even be a issue) it's not something a guy would be locked up for.
In 99% of the cases when a 18 year old and a 17 year old have sex it's because they want to, just because the parents get pissed doesn't mean the 18 year old gets locked up, it just doesn't.
