as for my opinion, i think they do more research on that planet even life is possble. there are many things that we can encounter on that planet and it may be dangerous. so even if theres life, we need more decades for us to live there

Only thing I see is a bunch of green coloured rocks. Which probably indicates that they consist out of copper. Also, about the water comment. It's too hot for there to be water on Mars.
Rock samples indicate there there used to be water on mars. They also believe they had ice caps.

Yeah, there used to be water on mars. Then it's atmosphere disappeared, the atmospheric pressure dropped which lead to a decline of the maximum boiling temperature of water. Which resulted in all the water vaporizing.
The photo is weird, if you zoom in you see lines everywhere, like they did some copy/paste there.
Multiple pictures thrown together I assumed.
