Actually, although it is very heavily debated, a male's prime is considered 18-19 and a woman's is 35-40. If you are talking about looks, well, that all depends on how good a person keeps themself up. I have seen some 20 year olds that look like their 30 and vice versa.

And saggy boobies are more for the big breasted folk to worry about ;) Although mine aren't small, their not big and fatty either ;) Again, it's all how you keep yourself up, or how much money you have to lol
