I'm reading Lord of the rings and the book is quite different from the film but i'm enjoyin it. I'm quite a slow reading as well and if i read fast then i just lose the plot and have 2 read it again >.<

yeah they miss quite alot out, if they did put everything in it wud be like a 5 hour film :D
