    Lucid Dreaming

So i have been lucid dreaming for the past month or two the dreams have been about or around some of the same people but something weird happened last night. I was doing a dream check in my mind they all failed so i thought it was real then i was woke up in my dream and discussed to my self how it was not real then had another lucid dream thinking it was real. In my dreams i had thought they were both real. Anyone else have this happen before?

If you are talking about practicing sleep paralysis then I would recommend not playing with it unless you have some sort of problem already that can only be solved or reduced by this method.

By the way never ask yourself in your dream what you are afraid of, shit goes down after you do.

When I have sleep paralysis going on, and I think I'm awake, then I start thinking about shit that scares me.. oh yeah... wtf @ my mind, why not make a super hot chick appear rather than some MASSIVELY HUGE spider? Human mind = broken.

yes i was in that state and i was checking if i was in a dream and the test failed so i thought i was awake but then i woke up from that dream inside of a dream where i thought i was awake as well.

Same, EVERYTHING seems so real, and I can control everything in the dream, and then I do something surreal and know I'm sleeping, not wanting to wake up I do anyway.
